1. Who we are

Reign Transportation provides private chauffeur, airport, corporate, VIP, event and school transport services in the Netherlands. For the personal data described in this Privacy Policy, Reign Transportation acts as the controller unless another arrangement is expressly stated.

Current contact and business details are published on the official Reign Transportation website. A postal address may be added to this Privacy Policy when available.

2. Personal data we may process

Depending on the service, we may process:

• name, address and contact details;
• booking, route, collection and destination information;
• dates, times, flight details and travel preferences;
• passenger numbers and luggage information;
• invoicing and payment administration;
• communications with customers, parents, guardians, schools or authorised contacts;
• for school transport, a child’s name, school, route, schedule, authorised handover contacts and information reasonably necessary for safe transport;

We do not sell personal data.
